Workshops

Workshops are effective means to investigate and understand better what is going on in the organization, or to introduce a new theme. The collective wisdom which is already present becomes concrete with the help of discussion, reflection, action and/or creative excercises

Training

ZEIJN’s training courses are interactive and always place the participant and his/her experiences centrally. The theory that is presented is placed in the context of practical real-life situations and as such the participant(s) analyse, theorize, apply, practice, reflect, take action, evaluate and learn

Coaching

Every coaching course is customized. While someone may need support in managing change, someone else is looking for development in the area of personal development, and again someone else may want to learn how to present him/herself more naturally and successfully. After the coach and the coachee have met and decided to work together, the coaching need is concretely defined.
